All rooms at AUT have a room code that usually has 2 letters and 3 numbers.
For example: WG406 or AF116 or MD210
W – The first letter stands for the Campus. W is for the City Campus (located on Wellesley St), A is for the North Campus (located on Akoranga Dr), M is for the South Campus (located in Manukau).
G – The second letter stands for the Building. Each Building has a different letter allocated to it.
4 – The first number stands for the level (or floor). In this example 4 means the room is found on Level 4.
06 – The last two numbers stand for the room number. In this example, room 06.
