My eQuals is an online academic document verification system with AUT documents dating back to 1995.
Students and graduates can create an account in My eQuals to share and buy verified qualification documents in digital form.
You can find more information and FAQs on the My eQuals website, or by downloading our user guide.
AUT students and alumni can sign up to My eQuals using the email address linked to their Arion account.
You must use the email address you have registered in Arion. This is the email address AUT currently uses to contact you.
Once you have an account in My eQuals you can choose to link it to other email accounts or social media accounts.
If you graduate in or after July 2017, you get free access to your transcript as a digital document. If you are a current student or you graduated before July 2017, there is a cost to access your transcript.
Check the academic transcripts page for details on how to get your transcript.
You can choose to share your digital documents with third parties like employers, or as part of scholarship applications. You can also share academic documents on social media.
By sharing the document as a link, its verification remains intact. You can choose to share documents to certain email addresses and for limited periods of time.
It is free to create a My eQuals account. There is a cost for:
Please Note: If you request access to My eQuals for a transcript before graduation but choose not to pay the $20 charge, this is not cancelled and cannot be removed after graduation. We recommend that you therefore think carefully before requesting access close to your graduation date.
Please contact the Student Hub for help and troubleshooting.
No results are available for before 1995 because there was no centralised registry.
Some qualifications delivered at ATI and later AIT (now AUT) were accredited and awarded by external organisations. Those organisations hold the results and verification of those qualifications.
AUT joined My eQuals in July 2017, as one of the first universities in Australia and New Zealand to provide official academic documents online.
