Student feedback: compliments, concerns and complaints
AUT is committed to providing excellent customer service. We genuinely want to hear from you and welcome your feedback and suggestions. We provide a number of ways for you to tell us about your experience at AUT, including formal surveys on your academic papers and programme(s), and on your experience of University services.

However we always seek to resolve issues at a low-level whenever possible.
