AUT Law School
Located in the heart of Auckland's bustling CBD, AUT Law School offers a distinctive, professionally-focused legal education designed to maximise the employment opportunities available to our students once they graduate. The school is staffed by a team of motivated and supportive lecturers and produces graduates who are quickly becoming highly sought after by a range of law firms and other employers.
Operating since 2009, the four year Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and the Bachelor of Laws (Honours) have been developed in close consultation with the legal profession and other key external stakeholders.
Public lecture: Judge Eugene Hyman on Intimate Partner Violence
The AUT Centre for Non-Adversarial Justice is pleased to host Judge Eugene Hyman, who will address the important topic of keeping the victims / survivors and their children safe in cases where there has been intimate partner violence. This will occur in the Wave Room (WG308) at the AUT City Campus at 5.30 on Monday, 22 May 2017.
AUT Law School – Looking ahead
AUT Law School opened in 2009 as New Zealand’s sixth law school. In its eighth year now, the School has seen a number of interesting developments in both curriculum and academic staff.
