The Personal Training course provides you with the knowledge and skills to assist clients in reaching their personal health and fitness goals. You will also learn vital business skills to help you succeed in a career either as a gym or studio-based contracted trainer, employee trainer or as an independent personal trainer.

Weekend assessment: Monday 11 June 2018 - submit assessments online
Prerequisite papers: Fitness Foundations SPEX402, Fitness Instructing SPEX508

When you have successfully completed Personal Training you will receive a Certificate of Proficiency in Personal Training.
